Livigno in Summer is a real paradise for lovers of outdoor sports such as running, thanks to its altitude (1,816-3,000 metres). Soul Running Magazine, in collaboration with Nike Vision and Zinermann Sporting in Livigno, has studied and mapped six itineraries of 75 km with different features in the Mountain Park Carosello 3000 (Livigno).
In the guide Mountain Park Carosello 3000: every itinerary is presented with a technical description (map, difference in altitude, altimetry,features of the route, etc.). This information is also accompanied by advice from an athletic coach.
